Whether you’re beginning with the foundations or looking to challenge your strength, endurance, and flow, our class structure ensures a clear path for growth. Start with Essence to build your base, then progress into specialized formats that sculpt, energize, and refine your body with precision. Each class is guided by expert instructors and rooted in consistency, so you can move with confidence and feel the results both inside and out.
ESSENCE
BEGINNER & ALL LEVELS | FULL BODY
Perfect For: New clients, beginners, or anyone wanting to refine their form and master Pilates fundamentals.
Purpose: To establish a strong foundation in Pilates principles — alignment, breath, core activation, and body awareness — setting you up for long-term success.
Focus:
Slower pace that emphasizes alignment, breath, and precision.

Note: A minimum of 3 Essence classes is required before advancing to Intermediate to Advanced Classes
CURVE
INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED | LOWER BODY
Perfect For: Clients who want to target their glutes, hamstrings, and quads with sculpting, strength-based sequences.
Purpose: To lift, define, and strengthen the lower body with progressive resistance.
Focus:
Endurance-driven glute and leg sequences.
Targeted emphasis on hamstrings, quads, and inner thighs.

RHYTHM

Purpose: To build endurance, control, and grace by moving continuously through Pilates sequences.

Purpose: To develop deep core strength and stability that supports every movement inside and outside the studio.
Focus:
Precision activation of abdominals and spinal stabilizers.

Connecting the core to the entire body for improved balance and support.
