  • Pilates Instructor

Alexia was first introduced to Pilates at the age of 17 following a lower back injury. What began as a doctor’s recommendation quickly became a turning point and Pilates not only supported her full recovery but also ignited a lifelong passion for the practice. Certified through Body Harmonics, she brings a deep understanding of functional movement that strengthens and heals the body in ways traditional strength training cannot. To this day, Pilates remains her foundation for strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

Her teaching style is technical, precise, and rooted in clear, thoughtful cues. Alexia prioritizes creating an inclusive environment where every client feels seen and supported, while encouraging them to safely challenge their limits. She blends structure with encouragement, ensuring her classes leave clients feeling both accomplished and empowered. Music plays a central role in her sessions so be sure to expect a curated mix of chill house and nostalgic 90’s throwbacks to set the tone.

Outside the studio, Alexia enjoys revisiting her favorite early 2000s classics like The O.C., One Tree Hill, and Gilmore Girls are shows she could happily watch on repeat.

  • Pilates Instructor

A Pilates instructor and hybrid athlete, she believes that movement should challenge, center, and leave you feeling stronger inside and out. With a foundation in personal training, she brings both strength training and Pilates expertise into her classes. She wasn’t the most confident mover when she started, but Pilates changed that for her, and now she is passionate about helping others build the same strength and confidence, one session at a time.

She is a Certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor through Body Harmonics, a CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist, and holds CPR/AED and First Aid certification, along with ongoing education in anatomy and biomechanics.

Pilates gave her balance. With a background in weight training, she was accustomed to an intense type of strength. Pilates introduced her to a different kind of strength—calm and mindful, yet equally challenging.

Her teaching style is motivating, clear, and empowering. Through simple, technical cueing and intentional progressions, she ensures beginners feel supported while experienced clients continue to be pushed. Expect form-focused work, options for every level, and an encouraging, uplifting vibe.

Movement has always been her language—she was a competitive swimmer and inline skater from the age of four. She often says she has two personalities: the girly-girl Pilates instructor who loves flow and precision, and the strength trainer who thrives on lifting heavy and pushing limits. Together, they keep her classes balanced, challenging, and fun.

Beyond the studio, Chelsea expresses her creativity through sewing, finds balance in the outdoors while camping, and brings playful energy to the pickleball court.
